General Rules

One vote per pub (1 Representative)
- If two teams from a single pub, representatives must consult both teams prior to vote.
Singles and doubles competitions included
- Fee to be paid to hold events – amount to be approved by committee
Finals to be held in a neutral board in pub if final is held there
All money to be in on registration night
Formal wear to apply, team shirts are not essential
Any dispute that can not be resolved by teams, will go to the committee
- Fine may apply and a potential loss of points
Failure to fulfill all league fixtures, will result in teams being unable to participate in the shield competitions in their respective divisions.
No player to be signed after registration unless approved by committee
- Players can be added after Christmas break subject to committee approval
Minimum number of players on a night is 5 – No exceptions
If teams are short players, they must inform opposing team before match card is filled out
Teams have until the following Wednesday to play postponed games
- Must be approved by both teams or committee will decide
Games can be postponed only due to bereavement or pub closure
- Responsible team must forfeit home advantage
Objections of match card
- If both captains signed the card, no objection will be looked at
Match card are home teams responsibility
- Must send picture into respective division WhatsApp group on the night
- Both captains must sign
First game on board by 9:30pm
- 15 minutes must be given to away side
Single & doubles competitions dates to be determined by the commitee
- Names must be in 7 days before competition
League finals, single and double competitions locations to be finalized by the committee
Committee decision is final
Rule can be amended as league progresses by the committee
Each player must play a minimum of 4 games to be eligible to play in the playoffs
From the playoffs, there will be an extra game to determine the winner on the night if a tie occurs
- Singles/doubles/triples to be confirmed by committee

League Format

League Matches:
Triples – 1 game of 701 ( Players drawn 1,3 and 5 play)
Singles – 6 Games of 501
Doubles – 3 Games of 601

For League games, Names drawn in premier league only, Divisions 1 & 2 can pick player positions

Cup Format

Cup Format:
Triples – 2 games of 701 best of 1 leg ( Players drawn 1,3 and 5 play first, 2,4,6 play 2nd)
Singles – 6 Games of 501 best of 3 legs
Doubles – 3 Games of 701 best of 1 leg

For cup games, players names are drawn, double in and you can change double players.

League standing rules

1st place will be automatically in the final
2nd will be straight into the semi-final to play winner of 3rd vs 4th
With the 2nd vs 3rd game to be played at home for the 2nd place team
